The restaurant Cachalote observes the tradition of exigence and good taste of the first restaurant introduced by Mr. Werner, an Austrian national, when he first came to this region, the small town of Miaí de Cima, in Coruripe, by the sea.

Bold and discerning, he has always distinguished himself by investing on what is pure, natural, and delicious in the international cuisine. He constantly acknowledges the quality of local natural resources, mostly in regards to food, as the main reason to have grown attached to this place.

Werner passionately admires seafood, good meat, and fish, specially Tilapia. Fruit, in his opinion are a real fountain of vitamins and healing elements.

Werner´s cuisine offers the refinement of flavor, hygiene, and taste, but mainly, healthy recipes based on local ingredients produced in Fazenda Maresia.

Experienced and demanding visitors, having declared never to have tasted fish and shrimp so tasteful, have acknowledged his gastronomical prowess.

This is a small description of the wonderful Cachalote restaurant.
